Shipping
We will do our best to ship out every order within 72 hours of receiving it. We charge flat rates for shipping based on weight and UPS shipping zones.
- For orders from Italy, express shipping starts from €7
- For orders from within the EU, express shipping starts from €10
- For all other orders, express shipping starts from €12
Additional taxes may be applied by the customs services in non-European countries, these charges are payable by the customer.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs - whether or not the order was eligible for free shipping at the time of purchase.
You can return a product within 14 days of the date of receipt. Any product returned must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Certain one-of-a-kind items, such as items from the Souk Finds, cannot be returned or exchanged.
